FULL MOON FLOAT (7/22/24)

Summer 2024, the first Rest and Root offering was born. FULL MOON FLOAT is a floating sound bath experience where we intentionally gather under the energy of the full moon. There was organic loose leaf tea served to all participants as they arrived and some time for mingling before boarding the floating beds in the water. Ashtenn, our founder, is the host and facilitator for the full moon float offering, starting the session off with introductions and teachings around what the full moon energy is calling in. We move into breath work and somatic grounding exercises and then we are led into a blissful sound meditation. After the meditation there is more time for connection with a burn + release station where you can write down what you’re releasing and burn it in a fire pit. An oracle table is available to anyone interested in pulling some cards for more insights. This event was lovely and we can’t wait to do more of them.
