On May 18th, 2024 a powerful new offering was born - KAMBO + FLOAT. Angie Brooks, Kambo practitioner and medicine woman came all the way from Mexico City to share her gifts in collaboration with sound healer and medicine woman, Misty Powell in a beautiful day of ceremony at our Los Angeles ceremonial space. We were fortunate enough to share space with Shenora Kalabsheh who held space for participants and gave us channeled astrology insights throughout the day. We also had the lovely De’yanna Seoul bless us with her divine oracle readings which left us feeling loved, guided, and supported. I (Ashtenn) led the opening ceremony with breath work, somatic grounding exercises, intention setting, and a land blessing.

Kambo is an amazonian amphibian medicine which detoxes the physical, mental, and spiritual bodies. The poison from the phyllomedusa bicolor giant leaf frog is placed on gateways on the body created by light burns dots on the skin and the medicine causes us to purge and release what no longer serves us. It has over 100 peptides which benefit the body in a multitude of ways. Kambo is known to help people with physical, mental, and spiritual ailments bringing balance and cleansing into the mind, body, and spirit.

Following our Kambo ceremony we indulged in some prank rich nutrient dense foods and a tea with the option of macrodosing the sacred and intelligent mushroom medicine. We served herbal tea and took time to connect with one another.

Then we hopped aboard the floats and Misty took us on a journey with all of her powerful instruments grounding us into the healing that took place throughout the day. Everyone that attended this offering felt the magic of healing in community, it was truly a powerful experience. We collectively were sitting with the lessons on how to receive - healing, guidance, support, love, rest. Learning to receive is an ongoing lesson with many layers, we tapped into some of those layers in ceremony together.
