ONE TO ONE
The 1:1 is a powerful way to get to the root of what blocks you from reaching your full potential. These sessions provide a nervous system reset and will give you tools to improve your day-to-day stress response, and reshape how you’re responding to life in general. We will discuss your goals and how to move towards them with inspired action. We can also move through trauma and grief in these sessions with a trauma-informed approach. Facing what may be holding you back in life is not always easy and I take my clients safety very seriously providing you with integration support and tools after your session. These sessions are a blend of connection, support, guidance, somatic grounding practices, breath work, energy balancing, and nervous system rest/reset. Your mind and body will thank you and all of your relationships will benefit from engaging in this type therapeutic work.
Your privacy is important - all 1:1 sessions are protected under a confidentiality agreement and all that emerges during a session is kept between client and facilitator.
LET’S WALK THROUGH A 1:1
We start with connection through discussion to get to the root of your intentions for your session. We will unveil the positive and negative factors that may be contributing to where your energy is currently sitting. You will then receive guidance on how to release unwanted energy and how to cultivate and nurture good energy flowing into your life as a whole -
MIND-BODY-SPIRIT- in relationship to everything around you.
This work can often lead to becoming aware of new boundaries that must be put in place to live out our best lives. Sometimes it reveals to us boundaries that no longer serve us. In these sessions we will identify where we need more or less energetic protection as we move through transformation.
After connection and guidance for change we move into energy balancing and nervous system reset. After becoming clear on where we must make changes we ground into the emerging wisdom with a relaxing and cleansing meditative experience. Using somatic grounding practices, breath work, sound meditation with various healing instruments, essential oils, salt water, and smudging - we cleanse and balance the energetic field and the nervous system with the intention of re-entering the world from a calm and rested, clear energetic space.
When we rest the mind, body, and spirit - we can access so much more clarity. Clarity not only around obstacles and blockages, but also, blessings and abundance that we already have and that are flowing to us constantly. A clear mind and a calm nervous system help us move through life so much easier.
You will feel blissful, calm, and present with your new insights that came through during the connection portion of your session with the support of your energy balancing meditation. We will take time to integrate before you head back into the world. You will be given tools to continue integrating the insights in the days/weeks after your session. To get the most out of your 1:1 session, the recommended option is 2 HOURS.
I offer a 1 HOUR session which combines the same elements with less time for connection, energy balancing, and integration.
I also do 1:1 medicine sessions which last around 6 hours.

I believe that we get as much out of an offering as we put into it.
The more you prepare your mind and body for a session the day (or even days) before, the more grounded, open, and ready you will be to receive insights to achieving your goals. This means taking it easy the night before a session, eating healthy foods, and putting aside some time to be intentional with yourself. The morning of could look like meditation, yoga, healthy foods, and actively staying present.
After your session you will be invited to integrate what came up for you during your session. Take what you learned and apply it to your life. Begin to see how your life transforms in front of you when you choose to put in the effort. I recommend having an easy chill day after your session if possible to continue grounding into the new balanced energy.
I recommend when booking a session to allow a 24hr period before and after (48hrs total) of a pulled back, stripped down schedule to allow yourself to get the most out of your experience. This is a suggestion, not a requirement as I know most of us called to this work are leading busy lives.
You may have to work, have kids, whatever the case may be, my suggestion is just to lighten the load as much as possible.
& to remember to be gentle with ourselves in the process.
